sambutan hari raya ~ tempat kerja

Because I am clumsy..

I do not play contact sports. I will always bruise easily so I stay away from volleyball, basketball, football etc. I am clumsy that even when playing tennis and swimming I can injure myself. Pictures of my injuries from my recent hiking trip to Bukit Tabur below! I slipped and fell on a rock and so the big square shaped looking purple bruise on my bum Also scraped my elbow. And i banged my head on a huge rock. My knee was also bruised from the occasional knocks on the rocks while climbing. No balance whatsoever lol

Kaw Kaw burger at Puchong Utama

I very highly recommend this genormous burger bakar. It is located at a Medan Selera at Puchong Utama and it was totally fantastic.
Say goodbye to My Burger Lab . It is better than Abang Burn's Burger Bakar. Hands down, Kaw Kaw burger was amazing!

Its thick juicy barbequed beef burger was gastronomic. One patty was enough to fill my stomach. They do serve chicken patties too... It is located at a food court, so at least I could sit and order drinks while I wait for the burger to be served. The wait was not too long.

Price:
Single beef patty burger = approx RM10
Two beef patties + 1 chicken patty + cheese = RM18.50
Two beef patties burger (no cheese) = RM13.00
Add rm1.00 if you want cheese.

Biskut siput berkrim


Raya dah nak abis, ada ker lagi orang nak buat kuih raya ekk ?? sebenor nyer resipi ni aku dapat dari kakak (Roslaili ) sehari sebelum raya., Lama dah dapat resepi cuma cara nak membuat asik gagal. bila dah bertentang mata baru berjaya gak aku buat biskut siput berkrim ni. cer layan ape bahan-bahan dan cara :-

Bahan untuk doh
# 5 1/4 tepung gandum
# 1 1/2 cawan gula aising ( klu nk manis lg boleh tambah )
#  2 cawan margerin
# 1 biji telur
# 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanilla

Bahan utk krim ( perasa vanila )
# 1 1/2 cawan gula aising
#  3/4 cawan margerin
 # 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
** semua bahan di kacau sehingga kembang dan ringan. masukkan ke dalam piping bag.

Cara untuk membuat doh:-
Pukul gula dan margerin sampai ringan, masukkan esen vanila dan telur kacau rata.
kemudian masukkan sedikit demi sedikit tepung gandum kacau sehingga menjadi doh. Doh jgn terlalu keras susah nak menggulung nanti. kalau terkeras tambah margerin skit.


Okay step pertama yang perlu kita buat :-
No 1 ~ Bentukkan aluminium foil tu spt kon. ( aluminium foil di gunting 4 segi dan bentukkan spt kon )
No 2~ tepung di canai nipis di belah dlm anggaran 6 cm dan terbalikkan adunan tadi
supaya senang utk menggulung. ( gunakan spatula yang panjang utk memotong )
No 3~ Selepas dah gulung spt dlm gambar , sapu skit ngan kuning telor dan bakor
pada suhu 130C selama 20 minit.
No 4,5 & 6~ Bila dah siap keluarkan acuan bentuk kon dan boleh lah diisi dengan krim vanilla
dan tabur dgn manik warna warni.
