Harga rumah naik....

Hasil dari kenaikan harga minyak, bkn sj harga barang naik tp harga rumah turut naik. Mahal ke murah kena beli gak. Kalu duk bayar sewa ja, sampai bila pun xdak rumah. Nak buat sendiri, tanah pun tadak. Kalu x buleh apply rumah mesra rakyat 1 Malaysia.

Terbaru, ramai yg dah mendaftar utk jd angkasawan utk tinggal di marikh. Percubaan kot. Sapa yg berminat buleh la apply. Kalu berjaya mungkin lepas ni akan ada manusia tinggal di Marikh. Di sana mesti murah sebab luas, pastu xdak orang. Boleh p cop tanah siap2. Tp buleh ke duk sana????

Mungkin depa kena cek dulu, buleh dak tanam padi ka gandum, pokok buah2an, sayuran, bela ikan, ayam, lembu. Kalu buleh, mesti mahal kan. Sebab bekalan terhad lagi. Dah lama murah kot. Tp kat dunia barang duk naik, dah lama pun duk tara tu gak, tak turun2 dah....walaupun barang lagi byk dari permintaan...

Sewa pun xpa, kita bukan nak duk selama2 di dunia ni. Lain la kalu sewa sama mahal dgn beli, baik beli  kan. Kalu sewa murah xyah beli la....lg untung.

Kalu sebulan sewa 300, setahun 3600, kalu 30 tahun = RM 108,000. Harga rumah brp2. Kalu beli rumah harga tara tu gak....bulan lebih sikit...baik beli kot...Lagu tu la cara nak decide nk bli ke dak...

Risiko rumah sewa ni plak, buleh di halau bila2 masa. Dah nak kena cari rumah lain....masalah gak tu. Atau sewa naik.....Lain la kalu dah buat perjanjian dgn tuan rumah nk sewa 30 thn...hehehehe. Ada ke lagu tu....

Would you rather have AIDS or die from eating McRibs?

I was searching online for McDonald's McRibs and I stumbled upon a website article asking the question above. It was rather shocking to me to compare McDonalds to AIDS. I know McD is not really healthy, but this writer interviewed some people to ask if they would rather have AIDS or McRibs. Out of curiosity, I had to read the entire article. Some comments were funny too: "fuck you vice and vice staff mcribs are delicious ask a fat person instead of these gaunt dickless squares"

Have you tasted the McDonalds Chicken McRibs?
I haven't. But, I have seen it. It was drenched with sauce! My family says it is quite good.

I have tried the Pork McRib in Trier, Germany. It was sweet. Give me a filet-o-fish anytime!
