Gym- A Malaysian neccessity

Living in Malaysia makes the gym a real neccessity because theres JUST TOO MUCH good food in this country. Even if you do not cook at home, you can easily find good, glorious, delicious food almost everywhere. Some good food are cheap too. I, for one, have scrumptious meals daily at home and outside. Too scrumptious to rejected lol. Hard to resist the food cooked by chefs in my family ;)

Therefore, a gym really comes in handy. Eventhough there are times when gym feels like torture camp or I just dont have the time to gym daily, at least i know i do gym and it wont allow me to be a fatty fatty fatty person who gobbles food like a glutton and does not gym at all.

Building a discipline to follow a scheduled gym routine is not easy. I just want to cheat sometimes. Sleep on the gym chair also can :p

Fatty

Food which are fattening but when you look at the picture, it is simply irresistable and makes our salivary glands 'meleleh air liur'.

Just a minute ago I read:

That surely is a slap to the face!

Petua Tak mau bagi bayi tersedak susu.........

1. Jgn tinggalkan baby masa dia minum, tunggu sampai habis pastu angkat urut belakang samapi sendawa dulu baru letak balik.
2. Jgn bagi baby minum susu byk.....separuh dah
3. Tinggikan bantal masa dia minum, macam duk menyandar gitu
4. Jgn tutup muka dgn kain ke tuala ke.........anak aku suka pegang kain masa minum susu
5. Mengiringkan baby masa minum, seleps minum
6. Dah habis minum, angkat gosok belkang dia sampai sendawa....burrrpppp! Alhamdulillah
7. Masa tersedak atau termuak, cepat2 angkat, gosok belakang, tiarapkan atas tangan, lap mulut, hidung. Semua ni mesti dilakukan dengan segera.
8. Kalau minum susu dalam buaian kena beri perhatian lebih, baik masa dia minum, selepas minum, masa dia batuk kena tengok takut2 termuak.......
9. Guna puting x, hisap baru kluar susu. Kalu tungging botol susu tak kluar...kalu jenis lubang bulat tu bila tungging susu keluar juga...bila baby tersedak, susu duk melimpah masuk hidung, lemas...

Kalau ada lagi boleh tambah......ni yg aku praktikkan. Sapa nak anak jadi macam tu. Biarla x sempat masak, tahan kencing, berak, lapar, kain x sidai, rumah x kemas......tunggu lepas anak dah sendawa lepas minum susu. Pastikan betul2 dalam keadaan yg meyakinkan selamat baru tinggal. Jgn tinggal lama2, 2 minit sekali mesti kena cek balik keadaan dia. Takut menyesal di kemudian hari. Biarlah susah. Janji selamat. Yg lain kita serah pada Allah yg maha kuasa.

Obrien's thursday

Thursday's special at Obrien's was a caesar salad and a cup of either irish cream coffee or hot latte.

One of the best caesar salads i have tasted. I love croutons and there were plenty of it served. The salad portion was huge too.

In addition to that, tf and i had the triple decker sandwich. Glorious sandwich, i must say. I'd rather have OBriens than Subway. I was sochungry that I managed to finish most of the triple decker and left a tiny slice for tf.

YELLOW!

The colour of energy, sunshine and brightness.

It's difficult to ignore the high contrast colour scheme of white, black,  and primary yellow.    My personal preference is to have mostly white with hints of black and yellow, but the scheme plays out in different ways. You can tell from the images I've selected that it is a very contemporary look and not one you see often  in traditional decor.  A quieter look would be created if you substituted the black for gray- my all time favourite combination.  You can have a little or a lot of yellow through accessories. I've stayed away from the obvious choice of painting walls yellow which seems to be just too much yellow  for my taste.  Perhaps you disagree.

Yellow is a very commanding colour for chairs.  You certainly won't be ignoring this one.I love the way your eye moves from the chair to the art work and then to the accent pillows.  Perfect colour scatter.

saya tak tahu kenapa, lepas baca post kawan saya ni, rasa sesuatu. touching!! air mata bertakung. walaupun ayat yang dia guna simple, tapi terasa hingga ke hati. saya juga seperti dia, terlalu sayangkan kisah kami.
